Introducing Bill Guarantee
The docomo offered fair bills on the service of postpaid. If a consumer will having any doubt in bill or there is any error, then he or she come visit the nearest docomo center. A fine of Rs. 25 will be paid by the docomo service and also correction is made in the bill. This Rs 25 amount will be reflected back in the next cycle of billing.
No Charges for Services you didn’t ask for
No extra service will be activated by the docomo service center on the mobile number of consumer. If in case a service is activated that is not requested by the consumer, then do inform the docomo center in the time period of 48 hours of activation of service. If there is activation of service by fault then charges will be refunded of that service to the consumer.
No Waiting with us
All other level should be skipped and one can contact to the customer care of docomo. For contact, 121 should be dialed and after that no. 9 will be pressed just in order to talk to the executive of customer care. This option will be benefitted by the customer on daily usage of Rs. 30 or above that.
